Graham Biss BEM DL Managing Director
Graham manages the whole of Natural Enterprise and all its projects. Graham is passionate about the Isle of Wight, its communities, rural economy and countryside. He’s also pretty keen on football.
Seb Taylor River and Invasive Species Project Manager
Seb is the host of the Island Rivers Partnership, helping to co-ordinate the work of organisations and stakeholders along the Island’s watercourses. In addition to this he plans and leads a Non-Native Invasive Species programme primarily focussed upon those species which negatively impact our riparian habitats.
Danny Horne Countryside Ranger
Danny is our Senior Ranger so you are most likely to find him out on one of our sites. Danny does a lot of work managing and supervising our fabulous volunteers who are out there loving our countryside in a very practical way.
Jon Jewett Countryside Ranger
Jon works with Danny managing the Gift to Nature sites. With a passion for woodlands and wildlife, he makes the sites safe for their human visitors whilst protecting the valuable habitats that they support.
Emma Bloomfield Royal IW Agricultural Society Membership Secretary
Emma manages the RIWAS membership to include signing up new members, annual renewals and day to day membership enquiries. She assists the Show Secretary at the Royal Isle of Wight County Show and looks after the Members' Pavilion at the Show.
Sian Grove Office Administrator and Royal IW County Show Secretary
Sian deals with the day-to-day running of the Natural Enterprise office. Sian is the Secretary for the Royal Isle of Wight County Show, managing social media, organising traders and entertainment for the show.
Estee Phillimore Wight Rural Hub Administrator
With a wealth of experience from previous roles in administration in the Island rural sector, Estee coordinates and administrates the work of the Wight Rural Hub and offering support and signposting to Island farmers and land managers.
