Natural Enterprise manages the Innovation Centre, providing high quality, cost effective, flexible office space. Located on St Cross Business Park in Newport, the Innovation Centre offers ready made office space in a professional environment and includes conference facilities with free parking.

The Innovation Centre has a wide range of serviced office space ranging from 1 to 20 people on a flexible easy in, easy out lease agreement. The rent is all inclusive and comprises a fully serviced reception, access to meeting rooms and shared kitchens. All services and telecoms are connected and you also have access to additional business facilities such as photocopying, mail franking, binding machines, meeting rooms and more.

The Innovation Centre offers a selection of easy-in/easy-out space suitable for 1-20 people:

Position your business at a prestigious professional address. There are 3 options from a simple mailing address to full access to meeting rooms and business facilities

Meeting Rooms
Organising a training day or need space for a meeting?
Our large meeting room seats up to 20 people boardroom style and 50 people theatre style, whilst our fully equipped boardroom seats up to 12 people.

Our meeting rooms are available to hire on an hourly, half day or full day rates.
Prices start from just £11 per hour.
